It is far more difficult to pronounce than to make – our baking club challenge for this month. The basic dough to make a host of wonderful, sinful goodies – gougeres, cream puffs, profiteroles, eclairs. Have a look, and lick your lips 😛

    Suman, it’s so easy to make – I could even teach you, except for the lack of a proper oven at your place.
