Having spent a number of years in various corporate jobs in India, working 11 hours a day 5 days a week, I became a trailing expat spouse in 2011, living first in Vietnam, then in Indonesia, and now in Peru. I spend my days dreaming, hate housework, love my hobbies, need to exercise and lose weight, love to travel, and yes, love my gadgets. Occasionally I get nostalgic pangs and yearn for the corporate life, the sense of achievement, and the security it offered. On the flip side, I've learnt new skills, new languages, started up and closed a business in Indonesia and now call myself a photographer/traveler.
