Suman stumbled upon this recipe for Oreo cupcakes and shared it with me. They looked so good, and my cousin, Aparna, started craving for them, so I baked a dozen and some more over the weekend. The frosting consistency wasn’t perfect, but the proof of the pudding was in the taste, and there have been no complaints on that account. My nephew, Nishad, prefers to lick off all the frosting and leave the cake for papa. We’ve got very secretive in serving/eating them.

My diet is going strong, and I’ve managed to restrict myself to a teeny bite out of Souvik’s cupcake. Sigh.
