This week’s challenge took me back almost 5 years ago, when I found myself holding 9 pumpkins – the smallish variety, called sugar pie, I think.

It is! I’ve made it a number of times in the past, and the combination with the icing and walnuts is divine. The spun sugar was just me going mad!
